I brought it to the Verizon store and they weren't able to do anything. I have used TVirl for my android tv for some time now and have been happy with. I am supposed to be able to select one of these options using the power button, but every time i select something the screen freezes and then doesn't let me scroll through options anymore. From there i can scroll through the options with the volume buttons that say "start, restart bootloader, recovery mode, power off, factory mode, barcodes, bp tools, qcom, and bootloader logs". The only thing i'm able to do is hold down the power button and the volume down button for around 10 seconds and it brings me to the "AP Fastboot Flash Mode (secure)" screen.
