I think that I have mentioned this over a million times, I live in a third world country and yeah, they don't sell steam wallets here and getting a credit card isn't that easy, here's my previous thread where I went through this and I tried to explain it as best as I could I honestly don't know what else to say, it is the reason that keeps me from not being able to buy games every time(unless I want pirated ones ofc from these stores) and one important thing I'd like to mention again is that these stores not only sell pirated games but they will give you steam keys to games that you want for an unbelievable price(they buy them cheap from sites like g2a then sell them for more).
